xx111 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xx111" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the xx111 online sportsbook and casino platform operated at xx111.bet.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on xx111 or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the xx111 platform.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the xx111 platform — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

xx111 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an active account on xx111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xx111 strictly enforces this age limit. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of xx111 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or licensors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that covers the xx111 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the xx111 platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must keep this information up to date. xx111 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the player.

As part of our KYC process, xx111 may require any or all of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back) or passport photo page.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other proof of address issued within the last three months.
• A screenshot or transaction reference confirming your registered payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC or passport, if requested by our compliance team.

xx111 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or whenever our compliance team deems it necessary under our anti-money-laundering obligations.

All deposits and withdrawals on xx111 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xx111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside xx111's control.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. xx111 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will notify players of any material changes via the platform or by email.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless xx111's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing.

xx111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, cricket betting promotions tied to PSL fixtures, casino reload bonuses, free spins, and bingo-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the xx111 platform.

The following general rules apply to all xx111 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or betting markets, and expiry date. Failure to meet these conditions within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

All sports betting activity on xx111 — including cricket, PSL fixtures, international T20Is, ODIs, test matches, and all other sports — is governed by xx111's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the Game Information section of the platform. Casino games, live dealer games, slots, and bingo are governed by the rules of each respective game as provided by the certified third-party studio supplying the game.

The following general betting rules apply across all xx111 products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the xx111 platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player unless xx111's cash-out feature is available for that specific market and the player elects to use it within the permitted window.
• xx111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or markets opened due to a technical fault.
• Bets placed after an event has started — where xx111 did not intend to offer in-play betting on that market — will be voided and stakes returned.
• xx111 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market or player account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns have been detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx111 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one xx111 account, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other method that xx111 determines constitutes bad-faith use of bonuses.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the xx111 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity, or using xx111 transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Prohibited software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your xx111 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to genuine xx111 transactions.

All content on the xx111 platform — including but not limited to the xx111 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, odds data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xx111 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xx111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any xx111 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any xx111 software.
• Use the xx111 name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by xx111 in writing.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the xx111 platform using automated tools.

Unauthorised use of xx111 intellectual property may result in legal action. Any third-party game content displayed on the xx111 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is used under licence.

xx111 collects and processes personal data from registered players as necessary to operate the platform, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, conduct KYC verification, process transactions, and provide customer support. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit xx111's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

xx111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
